AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR(for Sensor 1) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER

    Click here

  2. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR AND LINK ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  3. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 VENTILATOR SEAL (for LHD)

    Click here

  4. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 VENTILATOR SEAL (for RHD)

    Click here

  5. REMOVE FRONT AIR SHUTTER SEAL RH (for LHD)

    Click here

  6. REMOVE FRONT AIR SHUTTER SEAL RH (for RHD)

    Click here

  7. REMOVE INNER COWL TOP TO COWL BRACE (for LHD)

    Click here

  8. REMOVE INNER COWL TOP TO COWL BRACE (for RHD)

    Click here

  9. REMOVE OUTER COWL TOP PANEL (for LHD)

    Click here

  10. REMOVE OUTER COWL TOP PANEL (for RHD)

    Click here

  11. REMOVE NO. 1 WIRING HARNESS HEAT INSULATOR (w/ DPF)

    Click here

  12. REMOVE WIRING HARNESS CLAMP BRACKET (w/ DPF)

    Click here

  13. REMOVE NO. 2 ENGINE COVER BRACKET (w/o DPF)

      Remove the 2 nuts and No. 2 engine cover bracket.

  14. REMOVE WIRING HARNESS CLAMP BRACKET (w/o DPF)


    1. A01VHZW

      Disconnect the air fuel ratio sensor connector.

    2. Disengage the 5 clamps to disconnect the wire harness from the wiring harness clamp bracket.

    3. Remove the wiring harness clamp bracket from the cylinder head cover sub-assembly.

  15. REMOVE AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR (w/ DPF)

      Using SST, remove the air fuel ratio sensor from the exhaust manifold.

      Note

      If a component has been dropped or subjected to a strong impact, replace the air fuel ratio sensor.

  16. REMOVE AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR (w/o DPF)


    1. A01VIH7E05

      Using SST, remove the air fuel ratio sensor from the exhaust manifold converter sub-assembly.

      Note

      If a component has been dropped or subjected to a strong impact, replace the air fuel ratio sensor.
