CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR (w/ DPF)

   
   

   1. Install the crankshaft position sensor onto the cylinder block sub-assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:

      7.0 N*m  { 71 kgf*cm, 62 in.*lbf }

   2. Engage the clamp and connect the crankshaft position sensor wire to the wire harness clamp bracket.

   3. Connect the connector of the crankshaft position sensor.

2. INSTALL CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR (w/o DPF)

   
   

   1. Install the crankshaft position sensor onto the cylinder block sub-assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:

      7.0 N*m  { 71 kgf*cm, 62 in.*lbf }

   2. Connect the connector of the crankshaft position sensor.

3. INSTALL CYLINDER BLOCK SIDE COVER (w/ DPF)

4. INSTALL MANIFOLD SUPPORT BRACKET (w/ DPF)

5. INSTALL MANIFOLD STAY (w/ DPF)

6. INSTALL EXHAUST MANIFOLD CONVERTER SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ DPF)
