CAMSHAFT POSITION SENSOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER

  2. SEPARATE SENSOR BRACKET


    1. A01VF0I

      Disconnect the connector of the differential pressure sensor.

    2. A01VHRK

      Remove the nut and separate the sensor bracket from the cylinder head cover sub-assembly.

  3. REMOVE CAMSHAFT POSITION SENSOR


    1. A01VF3X

      Disconnect the connector of the camshaft position sensor.

    2. A01VG5X

      Remove the bolt and camshaft position sensor from the cylinder head cover sub-assembly.

      Note

      If a component has been dropped or subjected to a strong impact, replace it.
