PROCEDURE


  1. Click here

    REMOVE ACCELERATOR PEDAL SENSOR ASSEMBLY (for LHD)


    1. A01VLCR

      w/ Cruise Control System:


      1. Disconnect the accelerator pedal sensor assembly connector.

      2. Remove the 3 bolts and accelerator pedal sensor assembly.

        Note:

        • If a component has been dropped or subjected to a strong impact, replace it.

        • Do not disassemble the accelerator pedal sensor assembly.

        • This accelerator pedal sensor assembly does not require lubrication. Do not apply oil or other lubrication to the accelerator pedal sensor assembly. If applied, the accelerator pedal sensor assembly must be replaced.

    2. A01VFY1

      w/o Cruise Control System:


      1. Disconnect the accelerator pedal sensor assembly connector.

      2. Remove the 2 bolts and accelerator pedal sensor assembly.

        Note:

        • If a component has been dropped or subjected to a strong impact, replace it.

        • Do not disassemble the accelerator pedal sensor assembly.

        • This accelerator pedal sensor assembly does not require lubrication. Do not apply oil or other lubrication to the accelerator pedal sensor assembly. If applied, the accelerator pedal sensor assembly must be replaced.

      Disconnect the accelerator pedal sensor assembly connector.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts and accelerator pedal sensor assembly.

      Note:

      • If a component has been dropped or subjected to a strong impact, replace it.

      • Do not disassemble the accelerator pedal sensor assembly.

      • This accelerator pedal sensor assembly does not require lubrication. Do not apply oil or other lubrication to the accelerator pedal sensor assembly. If applied, the accelerator pedal sensor assembly must be replaced.
