VACUUM PUMP INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL VACUUM PUMP


    1. A01VJMG

      Coat 2 new O-rings with engine oil, and place them onto the vacuum pump assembly.

    2. A01VK17E02

      Install the vacuum pump assembly so that the coupling teeth A on the side of the vacuum pump assembly can engage with the tip groove of camshaft B.

    3. Install 2 new bolts onto the vacuum pump assembly.

      Torque:
      21 N*m  { 214 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf }

    4. Connect the 2 vacuum hoses with the clip to the vacuum pump assembly.

  2. CONNECT ENGINE WIRE


    1. Connect the 4 wire harness clamps.

  3. INSTALL ENGINE MOUNTING INSULATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

  4. INSTALL RADIATOR RESERVE TANK BRACKET

    Click here

  5. INSTALL RADIATOR RESERVOIR TANK ASSEMBLY

  6. INSPECT OIL LEAK

  7. INSPECT VACUUM PUMP

    Click here

  8. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE COVER

    Click here

  9. INSTALL OIL PAN COVER

    Click here

  10. INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER RH

    Click here

  11. INSTALL CENTER ENGINE UNDER COVER

  12. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL RH

    Torque:
    103 N*m  { 1050 kgf*cm, 76 ft.*lbf }
