BRAKE BOOSTER(for TMMF Made RHD) DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE BRAKE VACUUM CHECK VALVE ASSEMBLY (except 2NR-FKE)


    1. B004766C01
      *A for 1KR-FE, 1ND-TV
      *B for 2ZR-FE

      Remove the brake vacuum check valve assembly from the brake booster assembly.

    2. Remove the check valve grommet from the brake booster assembly.

  2. REMOVE BRAKE VACUUM CHECK VALVE ASSEMBLY (for 2NR-FKE)


    1. for CVT:


      1. B00466P

        Remove the 2 brake vacuum check valve assemblies from the brake booster assembly.

      2. Remove the 2 check valve grommets from the brake booster assembly.

    2. for Manual Transaxle:


      1. B0046MO

        Remove the brake vacuum check valve assembly from the brake booster assembly.

      2. Remove the check valve grommet from the brake booster assembly.

  3. REMOVE VACUUM SENSOR ASSEMBLY (w/ Vacuum Sensor)

    1. Remove the vacuum sensor assembly from the brake booster assembly.

    2. Remove the check valve grommet from the brake booster assembly.
