BRAKE BOOSTER(for TMMF Made LHD) DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER PUSH ROD CLEVIS


    1. Loosen the clevis lock nut and remove the brake master cylinder push rod clevis and clevis lock nut from the brake booster assembly.

  2. REMOVE BRAKE VACUUM CHECK VALVE ASSEMBLY (except 2NR-FKE)

      Remove the brake vacuum check valve assembly from the brake booster assembly.

    2. Remove the check valve grommet from the brake booster assembly.

  3. REMOVE BRAKE VACUUM CHECK VALVE ASSEMBLY (for 2NR-FKE)


    1. for CVT:


      1. A004AD7

        Remove the 2 brake vacuum check valve assemblies from the brake booster assembly.

      2. Remove the 2 check valve grommets from the brake booster assembly.

    2. for Manual Transaxle:


      1. A0048GX

        Remove the brake vacuum check valve assembly from the brake booster assembly.

      2. Remove the check valve grommet from the brake booster assembly.

  4. REMOVE VACUUM SENSOR ASSEMBLY (w/ Vacuum Sensor)

    1. Remove the vacuum sensor assembly from the brake booster assembly.

    2. Remove the check valve grommet from the brake booster assembly.
