BRAKE BOOSTER(for TMC Made LHD) DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER PUSH ROD CLEVIS


    1. Loosen the push rod lock nut and remove the brake master cylinder push rod clevis and push rod lock nut from the brake booster assembly.

  2. REMOVE BRAKE VACUUM CHECK VALVE ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the vacuum check valve from the brake booster assembly.

    2. Remove the check valve grommet from the brake booster assembly.

  3. REMOVE VACUUM SENSOR ASSEMBLY (w/ Stop And Start System)

    A01VILS

    1. Remove the vacuum sensor assembly from the brake booster assembly.

    2. Remove the check valve grommet from the brake booster assembly.
