BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER(for TMC Made LHD) REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER RESERVOIR STRAINER

2. INSTALL BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER RESERVOIR FILLER CAP ASSEMBLY

3. INSTALL BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER RESERVOIR SUB-ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Apply lithium soap base glycol grease to 2 new grommets.

   2. Install the 2 grommets onto the brake master cylinder reservoir sub-assembly.

   3. Install the brake master cylinder reservoir sub-assembly to the master cylinder body.

   4. 

      Fix the brake master cylinder in a vise between aluminum plates.

      Note

      Do not overtighten the vise.

   5. Using a pin punch 5 mm and a hammer, tap in the straight pin.
