PROCEDURE

1. Click here

   INSTALL BRAKE PEDAL PAD

   
   

   1. Install the brake pedal pad onto the brake pedal.

2. Click here

   INSTALL BRAKE PEDAL BUSH

   
   
   1. 

      Apply lithium soap base glycol grease to the 2 new brake pedal bushes.

   2. Install the 2 brake pedal bushes and brake pedal collar onto the brake pedal.

3. Click here

   INSTALL BRAKE PEDAL SUB-ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Install the brake pedal sub-assembly onto the pedal support with the bolt and nut.

      24 N*m

      247 kgf*cm

      18 ft.*lbf

4. Click here

   INSTALL STOP LIGHT SWITCH MOUNTING ADJUSTER

   
   

   1. Install a new stop light switch mounting adjuster onto the pedal support.
