Interview the customer and confirm the trouble.

CHECK DTC AND FREEZE FRAME DATA*
Check and record DTC and Freeze Frame Data.
Clear the DTC and Freeze Frame Data (Click here for DTC Check/Clear, orClick herefor Freeze Frame Data).
Reconfirm the DTC.
Reconfirm the DTC based on the recorded DTC and Freeze Frame Data (Click here for DTC Check/Clear, orClick herefor Freeze Frame Data).
If any of the DTCs U0073, U0100, U0123, and U0126 are output together with a CAN communication DTC, first check the appropriate sensor for a momentary open circuit.
