ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

  2. REMOVE BATTERY

  3. REMOVE BATTERY TRAY

  4. REMOVE BATTERY CARRIER

  5. REMOVE ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR

      *1 19 mm Deep Socket Wrench
      *2 Gasket

      Disconnect the connector of the engine coolant temperature sensor.

    2. Using a 19 mm deep socket wrench, remove the engine coolant temperature sensor from the cylinder head sub-assembly.

      Note

      If a component has been dropped or subjected to a strong impact, replace it.

    3. Remove the gasket from the engine coolant temperature sensor.
