DESCRIPTION
The fuel injectors are installed in the intake port, and inject fuel into the cylinders based on the signals from the ECM.

Tech Tips
These DTCs are detected when the engine idles for approximately 15 seconds.
If DTC P0261 or P0262 is displayed, check No. 1 fuel injector circuit.
If DTC P0264 or P0265 is displayed, check No. 2 fuel injector circuit.
If DTC P0267 or P0268 is displayed, check No. 3 fuel injector circuit.

Tech Tips
Read freeze frame data using the GTS. Freeze frame data records the engine condition when malfunctions are detected. When troubleshooting, freeze frame data can help determine if the vehicle was moving or stationary, if the engine was warmed up or not, if the air fuel ratio was lean or rich, and other data from the time the malfunction occurred.
PROCEDURE
CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (ECM - FUEL INJECTOR ASSEMBLY)
Disconnect the B97 ECM connector (for LHD).
Disconnect the B101 ECM connector (for RHD).
Disconnect the B5, B7 and B9 fuel injector assembly connectors.
Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
