GRILLE SHUTTER DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE THERMISTOR ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE NO. 2 WIRING AIR INDICATOR HARNESS SUB-ASSEMBLY

  3. REMOVE MOTOR COVER

      B004RMI Remove in this Direction

      Detach the claw and remove the motor cover as shown in the illustration.

  4. REMOVE SWING GRILLE ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY

      Detach the clamp and remove the wire harness.

    2. Disconnect the connector.

      B004RMI Remove in this Direction

      Detach the guide and swing grille actuator assembly as shown in the illustration.

  5. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIATOR GRILLE SEAL

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for all No. 1 radiator grille seals.

      Remove the No. 1 radiator grille seal.

  6. REMOVE NO. 2 RADIATOR GRILLE SEAL

      Remove the No. 2 radiator grille seal.
