WASHER MOTOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WASHER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY


    1. B004SOWC01
      B004RMI Install in this Direction
      B004SZX Washer hose
      B004UK4 Connector

      Install the windshield washer motor and pump assembly as shown in the illustration.

    2. Connect the connector.

    3. Connect the washer hose at the 2 points.

  2. INSTALL WASHER HOSE PROTECTOR

      Install the washer hose protector with the 3 clips.

    2. B004URM

      Install the wire harness to the wire harness clamp.

  3. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR ASSEMBLY

      B004T3S Install in this Direction(2)

      Slide in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration and insert the guide.

      Tech Tips

      Push in the guide of the windshield washer jar assembly until it contacts the body installation.

    2. Temporarily install the windshield washer jar assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Attach the claw and temporarily install the washer inlet with the bolt.

    4. Connect the 2 connectors.

    5. Attach the claw and temporarily install the No. 1 washer bracket with the bolt.

    6. Tighten the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

      Attach the claw to connect the head light cleaner hose as shown in the illustration.

      Connect the windshield washer hose assembly as shown in the illustration.

    9. Add washer fluid.

  4. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER LH

      Temporarily install the front fender liner LH.

    2. Install the 5 screws.

      for 2WD:


      1. Install the 3 clips.

    4. B004UZM

      for AWD:


      1. Install the 4 clips.

    5. B004WWE

      Install the 2 screws and 7 clips.

    6. B004X5L

      Install the 5 screws.

  5. INSTALL FRONT FENDER WHEEL OPENING MOULDING LH


    1. B004YO9

      Attach the claw to install the front fender wheel opening moulding LH.

  6. INSTALL ENGINE SIDE COVER LH (for 2WD)


    1. B004V87

      Attach the claw.

    2. Install the engine side cover LH with the 4 clips.

  7. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD LH


    1. B004R2J

      Install the front wheel opening extension pad LH with the 2 screws.

  8. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER ASSEMBLY (for AWD)

  10. INSTALL TRANSMISSION UNDER COVER (for 2WD)

  11. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER ASSEMBLY (for 2WD)
