  1. INSPECT FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Remove the front seat outer belt assembly LH.

      Click here

    2. Inspect the front seat outer belt assembly LH.

      Click here

    REPLACE FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH Click here

  2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU - FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH)


    1. Disconnect the L59 seat belt control ECU connector.

    2. Disconnect the L27 front seat outer belt assembly LH connector.

    3. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Voltage
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      L59-11(MOL+) - Body ground Power switch on (IG) Below 1 V
      L59-10 (MOL-) - Body ground Power switch on (IG) Below 1 V
