SEAT BELT SYSTEM OPERATION CHECK


  1. CHECK PCS WARNING LIGHT


    1. Turn the power switch on (IG).

    2. Check that the PCS warning light (in the combination meter assembly) illuminates for approximately 3 seconds.

    3. Check that "Pre-Collision System Malfunction Visit Your Dealer" and "Pre-Collision Seat belt Unavailable" is displayed on the multi information display (in the combination meter assembly).

  2. CHECK SEAT BELT SYSTEM OPERATION


    1. Fasten the front seat inner belt assembly to the pulled out tongue plate.

    2. Remove the front seat inner belt assembly from the tongue plate.

    3. Check that the front seat outer belt assembly motor operates on the side that the tongue plate was removed from.
