  1. INSPECT SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION PAD RH (OCCUPANT DETECTION SENSOR) (for LHD)

      Component without harness connected

      (Separate Type Front Seat Cushion Pad RH (Occupant Detection Sensor))

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      Q13-1 - Q13-3 Front passenger seat occupied Below 100 Ω
      Q13-1 - Q13-3 Front passenger seat not occupied 1 MΩ or higher
      If the result is not as specified, replace the separate type front seat cushion pad RH (occupant detection sensor).

  2. INSPECT SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION PAD LH (OCCUPANT DETECTION SENSOR) (for RHD)

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Q33-1 - Q33-3 (BTR1) Front passenger seat occupied Below 100 Ω
      Q33-1 - Q33-3 (BTR1) Front passenger seat not occupied 1 MΩ or higher
      If the result is not as specified, replace the separate type front seat cushion pad LH (occupant detection sensor).
