REAR SEAT CUSHION HEATER(for Fixed Seat Type) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL SEAT COVER WIRE

  2. INSTALL BENCH TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER

    Tech Tips

    When installing a bench type rear seat cushion cover, refer to Precaution in order to prevent wrinkles from forming.

    1. Using hog ring pliers, install 26 new hog rings securely in the order shown in the illustration.

      Note


      • Do not dirty or damage the bench type rear seat cushion cover.

      • Be sure to securely tighten the hog rings as shown in the illustration while aligning the center of the bench type rear seat cushion cover and the center of the bench type rear seat cushion pad to prevent wrinkles.

    2. Pass the strap of the bench type rear seat cushion cover to the rear side through the hole in the bench type rear seat cushion pad.

    3. Using hog ring pliers, install 4 new hog rings.

      *a Hog Ring Pliers - -

      Note


      • Do not dirty or damage the bench type rear seat cushion cover.

      • Be sure to tighten the hog rings securely as shown in the illustration.

    4. Using hog ring pliers, install the bench type rear seat cushion cover to the bench type rear seat cushion pad with 10 new hog rings.

      • Do not dirty or damage the bench type rear seat cushion cover.

      • Be sure to tighten the hog rings securely as shown in the illustration.

    5. Attach the hooks.

    6. Install the 2 clips.
