REAR SEAT CUSHION HEATER(for Fixed Seat Type) INSPECTION

PROCEDURE

   INSPECT BENCH TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER (REAR SEAT CUSHION HEATER)

   
   
   1. 

      Disconnect the connector.

   2. Check the seat cushion cover surface.

      
      
      1. 

         *a	Component without harness connected (Rear Seat Cushion Heater (Bench Type Rear Seat Cushion Cover))	*b	Connector A
         *c	Connector B	-	-

         Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

         Standard Resistance
         Table 1. for RH Side Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition A-1 - A-2 Always 20°C 2.52 to 3.08 Ω A-1 - B-1 Always 20°C 2.16 to 2.64 Ω A-1 - B-2 Always 20°C 2.52 to 3.08 Ω A-2 - B-1 Always 20°C 4.68 to 5.72 Ω A-2 - B-2 Always 20°C Below 1 Ω A-3 - A-4 Always 20°C 6.70 to 8.18 kΩ B-1 - B-2 Always 20°C 4.68 to 5.72 Ω

   3. Check the seat cushion cover side.

         Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

         Standard Resistance
         Table 3. for RH Side Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 1 - 2 Always 20°C Below 1 Ω
         Table 4. for LH Side Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 1 - 2 Always 20°C Below 1 Ω If the result is not as specified, replace the bench type rear cushion cover (rear seat cushion heater).
