REAR SEAT CUSHION HEATER(for Power Seat) INSPECTION

PROCEDURE

1. INSPECT SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER LH (REAR SEAT CUSHION HEATER) (w/o Refresh Seat)

   
   

   1. 

      Disconnect the connector.

   2. Check the seat cushion cover surface.

      
      

      1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

         

         *a

         Component without harness connected (Rear Seat Cushion Heater (Separate Type Rear Seat Cushion Cover LH))

         *b

         Connector A

         Standard Resistance
         Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition T9-1 - T9-2 Always 20°C 2.7 to 3.3 Ω T9-3 - T9-4 Always 20°C 7.2 to 8.8 kΩ T9-1 - A-1 Always 20°C 2.25 to 2.75 Ω T9-1 - A-2 Always 20°C 2.79 to 3.41 Ω T9-2 - A-1 Always 20°C 4.68 to 5.72 Ω T9-2 - A-2 Always 20°C Below 1 Ω

   3. Check the seat cushion cover side.

      
      
      1. 

         *a	Component without harness connected (Rear Seat Cushion Heater (Separate Type Rear Seat Cushion Cover LH))

         Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

         Standard Resistance
         Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 1 - 2 Always 20°C 0.72 to 0.88 Ω

2. INSPECT SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER LH (REAR SEAT CUSHION HEATER) (w/ Refresh Seat)

   
   

   1. 

      Disconnect the connector.

   2. Check the seat cushion cover surface.

      
      

      1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

         

         *a

         Component without harness connected (Rear Seat Cushion Heater (Separate Type Rear Seat Cushion Cover LH))

         *b

         Connector A

         Standard Resistance
         Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition T9-1 - T9-2 Always 20°C 25.56 to 31.24 Ω T9-3 - T9-4 Always 20°C 7.2 to 8.8 kΩ T9-1 - A-1 Always 20°C 0.27 to 0.33 Ω T9-1 - A-3 Always 20°C 1.62 to 1.98 Ω T9-2 - A-2 Always 20°C Below 1 Ω

   3. Check the seat cushion cover side.

      
      
      1. 

         *a	Component without harness connected (Rear Seat Cushion Heater (Separate Type Rear Seat Cushion Cover LH))

         Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

         Standard Resistance
         Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 1 - 2 Always 20°C 11.25 to 13.75 Ω 1 - 3 Always 20°C 11.25 to 13.75 Ω 2 - 3 Always 20°C Below 1 Ω

3. INSPECT SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER RH (REAR SEAT CUSHION HEATER) (w/o Refresh Seat)

   
   

   1. 

      Disconnect the connector.

   2. Check the seat cushion cover surface.

      
      

      1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

         

         *a

         Component without harness connected (Rear Seat Cushion Heater (Separate Type Rear Seat Cushion Cover RH))

         Connector A

         Standard Resistance
         Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition T2-1 - T2-2 Always 20°C 2.7 to 3.3 Ω T2-3 - T2-4 Always 20°C 7.2 to 8.8 kΩ T2-1 - A-1 Always 20°C 2.25 to 2.75 Ω T2-1 - A-2 Always 20°C 2.79 to 3.41 Ω T2-2 - A-1 Always 20°C 4.68 to 5.72 Ω T2-2 - A-2 Always 20°C Below 1 Ω

   3. Check the seat cushion cover side.

      
      
      1. 

         *a	Component without harness connected (Rear Seat Cushion Heater (Separate Type Rear Seat Cushion Cover RH))

         Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

         Standard Resistance
         Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 1 - 2 Always 20°C 0.72 to 0.88 Ω

4. INSPECT SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER RH (REAR SEAT CUSHION HEATER) (w/ Refresh Seat)

   
   

   1. 

      Disconnect the connector.

   2. Check the seat cushion cover surface.

      
      

      1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
