  1. INSPECT INTEGRATION CONTROL AND PANEL ASSEMBLY (SEAT OPERATION SHORT CUT SWITCH)

      Component without harness connected

      (Seat Operation short cut switch (Integration control and panel Assembly))

      for LHD:

      Inspect the integration control and panel assembly (seat operation short cut switch).

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      G72-4 (SCSW) - G72-10 (E) Switch pressed and hold Below 1 Ω
      G72-4 (SCSW) - G72-10 (E) Switch not pressed 10 kΩ or higher
      If the result is not as specified, replace the integration control and panel assembly.

      Component without harness connected

      (Seat Operation short cut switch (Integration control and panel Assembly))

      for RHD:

      Inspect the integration control and panel assembly (seat operation short cut switch).

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      G72-4 (SCSW) - G72-10 (E) Switch pressed and hold Below 1 Ω
      G72-4 (SCSW) - G72-10 (E) Switch not pressed 10 kΩ or higher
      If the result is not as specified, replace the integration control and panel assembly.

      Component without harness connected

      (Seat Operation short cut switch (Integration control and panel Assembly))

      Apply auxiliary battery voltage to the connector and check the light illumination condition.

      Tester Connection Specified Condition

      G72-5 (ILL+) - Auxiliary battery positive (+)

      G72-6 (ILL-) - Auxiliary battery negative (-)

      		 Illuminates

      If the result is not as specified, replace the integration control and panel assembly.
