SEAT HEATER SYSTEM TERMINALS OF ECU


  1. CHECK AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY

    1. Disconnect the G65 air conditioning amplifier assembly connector.

    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Terminal No. (Symbol) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      G65-2 (IG+) - Body ground LA-R - Body ground IG power supply Power switch on (IG) 11 to 14 V
      Power switch off Below 1 V

    3. Reconnect the G65 air conditioning amplifier assembly connector.

    4. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      • Power switch on (IG)

      • Seat heater switch (for Front LH) on: (LO)

      		 Below 1 V
      G63-16 (SHP+) - Body ground L - Body ground Seat heater switch (for Front RH) volume signal

      • Power switch on (IG)

      • Seat heater switch (for Front RH): on (LO)

      		 Below 1 V
      G63-17 (TSL) - Body ground GR - Body ground Seat heater sensor (for Front LH) input signal

      Power switch off

      (0 to 30°C [32 to 86°F])

      		 26.74 to 8.41 kΩ
      G63-18 (TSR) - Body ground P - Body ground Seat heater sensor (for Front RH) input signal

      Power switch off

      (0 to 30°C [32 to 86°F])

      		 26.74 to 8.41 kΩ
      G63-19 (TFAL)* - Body ground SB - Body ground Seat heater sensor (for Rear LH) input signal

      Power switch off

      (0 to 30°C [32 to 86°F])

      		 26.74 to 8.41 kΩ
      G63-25 (SHDE)* - Body ground W - Body ground Seat heater switch (for Rear LH) volume signal

      • Power switch on (IG)

      • Seat heater switch (for Rear LH) on: (LO)
