AMBIENT LIGHT(for Front Door) INSPECTION

PROCEDURE

1. INSPECT FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

   
   
   1. 

      *a	Component without harness connected (Front Door Trim Board Sub-assembly LH)

      Inspect the illumination.

      Apply auxiliary battery voltage to the connector and check the light illumination condition.

      OK
      Tester Connection Specified Condition H33-1(+) - Auxiliary battery positive (+) H33-2(-) - Auxiliary battery negative (-) Illuminates

      If the result is not as specified, replace the front door trim board sub-assembly LH.

   2. 

      *a	Component without harness connected (Front Door Trim Board Sub-assembly LH)

      Inspect the illumination.

      Apply auxiliary battery voltage to the connector and check the light illumination condition.

      OK
      Tester Connection Specified Condition I6-1(+) - Auxiliary battery positive (+) I6-1(-) - Auxiliary battery negative (-) Illuminates

      If the result is not as specified, replace the front door trim board sub-assembly LH.

2. INSPECT FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

   
   
   1. 

      *a	Component without harness connected (Front Door Trim Board Sub-assembly RH)

      Inspect the illumination.

      Apply auxiliary battery voltage to the connector and check the light illumination condition.

      OK
      Tester Connection Specified Condition H15-1(+) - Auxiliary battery positive (+) H15-2(-) - Auxiliary battery negative (-) Illuminates

      If the result is not as specified, replace the front door trim board sub-assembly RH.

   2. 

      *a	Component without harness connected (Front Door Trim Board Sub-assembly RH)

      Inspect the illumination.

      Apply auxiliary battery voltage to the connector and check the light illumination condition.

      OK
      Tester Connection Specified Condition I3-1(+) - Auxiliary battery positive (+) I3-2(-) - Auxiliary battery negative (-) Illuminates

      If the result is not as specified, replace the front door trim board sub-assembly RH.
