PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT COURTESY LIGHT ASSEMBLY (for LH Side)

      Component without harness connected

      (Courtesy Light Assembly)

      Inspect the courtesy light assembly.

      Apply auxiliary battery voltage to the connector and check the light illumination condition.

      OK
      Tester Connection Specified Condition

      H14-2 (B) - Auxiliary battery positive (+)

      H14-1 (SW) - Auxiliary battery negative (-)

      		 Courtesy light assembly illuminates

      If the result is not as specified, replace the courtesy light assembly.

  2. INSPECT COURTESY LIGHT ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)

      Inspect the courtesy light assembly.

      Apply auxiliary battery voltage to the connector and check the light illumination condition.

      OK
      Tester Connection Specified Condition

      H32-2 (B) - Auxiliary battery positive (+)

      H32-1 (SW) - Auxiliary battery negative (-)

      		 Courtesy light assembly illuminates

      If the result is not as specified, replace the courtesy light assembly.
