CONFIRMATION DRIVING PATTERN
Connect the GTS to the DLC3.
Turn the power switch on (IG) and turn the GTS on.
Clear the DTCs.
Turn the power switch off and wait for at least 30 seconds.
Turn the power switch on (IG) and GTS on.
Put the engine in Inspection Mode (2WD for measuring Exhaust Gas).
Start the engine and run it at idle for at least 5 minutes.
Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Sub Battery Module / Trouble Codes.
Check the DTC.
If a DTC is output, the system is malfunctioning.
CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT
Read freeze frame data using the GTS. Freeze frame data records the sub-battery module assembly condition when malfunctions are detected.

INSPECT CHARGING SYSTEM
Inspect charging system.

REPAIR OR REPLACE CHARGING SYSTEM
CHECK DTC OUTPUT
Connect the GTS to the DLC3.
Turn the power switch on (IG).
Turn the GTS on.
Clear the DTCs.

Turn the power switch on (IG) and turn the GTS on.
