ULTRASONIC SENSOR(for Front) INSPECTION

PROCEDURE

   INSPECT FRONT CORNER ULTRASONIC SENSOR (for LH Side)

   
   
   1. 

      *a	Component without harness connected (Front Corner Ultrasonic Sensor)

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition C1-4 (BI) - C1-6 (EI) Always 10 kΩ or higher C1-4 (BI) - C1 -1( BO) Always Below 1 Ω C1-5 (SI) - C1 -2 (SO) Always Below 30 Ω C1-6 (EI) - C1 -3 (EO) Always Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, replace the front corner ultrasonic sensor.

   INSPECT FRONT CORNER ULTRASONIC SENSOR (for RH Side)

      *a	Component without harness connected (Front Corner Ultrasonic Sensor)

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition C4-4 (BI) - C4-6 (EI) Always 10 kΩ or higher C4-4 (BI) - C4-1 (BO) Always Below 1 Ω C4-5 (SI) - C4-2 (SO) Always Below 30 Ω C4-6 (EI) - C4-3 (EO) Always Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, replace the front corner ultrasonic sensor.

   INSPECT FRONT CENTER ULTRASONIC SENSOR (for LH Side)

      *a	Component without harness connected (Front Center Ultrasonic Sensor)

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition C2-4 (BI) - C2-6 (EI) Always 10 kΩ or higher C2-4 (BI) - C2-1 (BO) Always Below 1 Ω C2-5 (SI) - C2-2 (SO) Always Below 30 Ω C2-6 (EI) - C2-3 (EO) Always Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, replace the front center ultrasonic sensor.

   INSPECT FRONT CENTER ULTRASONIC SENSOR (for RH Side)

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition C3-4 (BI) - C3-6 (EI) Always 10 kΩ or higher C3-4 (BI) - C3-1 (BO) Always Below 1 Ω C3-5 (SI) - C3-2 (SO) Always Below 30 Ω C3-6 (EI) - C3-3 (EO) Always Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, replace the front center ultrasonic sensor.
