CHECK ENVIRONMENT AND PROCEDURES
Check the conditions and procedure for establishing a "Wi-Fi" connection, and perform "Wi-Fi" connection again.
As there may be wave interference, disconnect other "Wi-Fi" compatible devices (Miracast compatible devices) or "Bluetooth" compatible devices before establishing a "Wi-Fi" connection.
A "Wi-Fi" connection can be established manually or automatically.
There are 3 ways to establish a manual connection: Connecting using simple setting, connecting by searching for a "Wi-Fi" access point and inputting a password, and connecting by inputting an SSID and password.
Even though an automatic connection is enabled, a connection can be established only when a "Wi-Fi" access point with the same SSID and password that were used for a previous connection exists.
It may not be possible to establish a "Wi-Fi" connection in a region other than the region where the vehicle was purchased.

CHECK PORTABLE DEVICE
Bring a portable device to be used to establish a "Wi-Fi" connection into the cabin and perform "Wi-Fi" connection again near the in-vehicle device.
Considering the radio wave environment around the vehicle, move the vehicle and establish a "Wi-Fi" connection.
Depending on the portable device, operation by the customer (Internet sharing, tethering settings, etc.) may be required each time a "Wi-Fi" connection is established.
