| DTC Code | DTC Name |
|---|---|
| C1B11 | Short in Motor Circuit |
| C1B12 | Open in Motor Circuit |
DESCRIPTION
The DRS ECU (rear steering control ECU) detects the current flowing to the motor. When a malfunction such as an overcurrent is detected, DTC C1B11 is stored. When the DRS ECU (rear steering control ECU) detects a problem with the motor terminals or ECU motor drive circuit, DTC C1B12 is stored.

WIRING DIAGRAM
CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT
When replacing the DRS ECU (rear steering control ECU), perform neutral position memorization and motor rotation angle sensor calibration.
If the rear steering link assembly or the rear suspension is removed and installed, replaced, or adjusted, after performing actuator calibration value initialization, perform neutral position memorization and motor rotation angle sensor calibration.
PROCEDURE
INSPECT REAR STEERING LINK ASSEMBLY (MOTOR)
Turn the power switch off.
Disconnect the z19 rear steering link assembly connector from the DRS ECU (rear steering control ECU).
Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
| Tester Connection | Condition | Specified Condition |
|---|---|---|
| z19-1 (V) - z19-3 (W) | Always | Below 1 Ω |
| z19-2 (U) - z19-1 (V) | Always | Below 1 Ω |
| z19-3 (W) - z19-2 (U) | Always | Below 1 Ω |
| z19-1 (V) - Body ground | Always | 100 kΩ or higher |
| z19-2 (U) - Body ground | Always | 100 kΩ or higher |
| z19-3 (W) - Body ground | Always | 100 kΩ or higher |
