DESCRIPTION

The skid control ECU assembly stores and corrects the individual differences in the brake pedal stroke sensor assembly, actuator solenoids, and stroke simulator solenoid. Perform initialization and calibration of the linear solenoid valve if any of these parts is replaced.

The skid control ECU assembly receives the shift state is park (P) signal from the hybrid vehicle control ECU assembly via the CAN communication system.

These DTCs are cleared when the linear valve offset learning results are normal.

    • Linear valve offset learning for front wheel RH is undone.

  • INF Code: 502


    • Linear valve offset learning for front wheel LH is undone.

  • INF Code: 503


    • Linear valve offset learning for rear wheel RH is undone.

  • INF Code: 504


    • Linear valve offset learning for rear wheel LH is undone.

 Perform linear valve offset learning and check for DTCs. If no DTCs are output again, the valve is normal. -
C1368 Linear Solenoid Valve Offset 505 Offset learned value out of specification.

  • Perform linear valve offset learning and check for DTCs. If no DTCs are output again, the valve is normal.

  • Brake actuator assembly

Note:

When replacing the brake actuator assembly, perform initialization and calibration of the linear solenoid valve.

PROCEDURE


  1. Click here

    CHECK DTC


    1. Clear the DTCs.

      Click here


      1. Chassis > ABS/VSC/TRC > Clear DTCs


    2. Turn the power switch off.

    3. Turn the power switch on (IG).

    4. Check the DTCs (electronically controlled brake system and hybrid control system) that are output.

      1. Chassis > ABS/VSC/TRC > Trouble Codes



      1. Powertrain > Hybrid Control > Trouble Codes

      Tip:

      Before performing initialization and calibration of the linear solenoid valve, C1203 will be output.

    1. Turn the power switch off.

    2. Perform initialization and calibration of the linear solenoid valve.
