| DTC Code | DTC Name |
|---|---|
| C1210 | Zero Point Calibration of Yaw Rate Sensor Undone |
| C1336 | Zero Point Calibration of Acceleration Sensor Undone |
DESCRIPTION
The skid control ECU assembly receives signals from the yaw rate sensor via CAN communication.
The yaw rate sensor detects the vehicle condition using 2 circuits (GL1, GL2).
If there are malfunctions in the bus lines between the yaw rate sensor and the CAN communication system, DTCs U0123 (Lost Communication with Yaw Rate Sensor Module) and U0124 (Lost Communication with Lateral Acceleration Sensor Module) will be stored.
These DTCs (C1210 and C1336) will also be stored when zero point calibration has not been completed.
| DTC No. | Detection Item | INF Code | DTC Detection Condition | Trouble Area | Note |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| C1210 | Zero Point Calibration of Yaw Rate Sensor Undone | 336 | Yaw rate sensor zero point calibration is incomplete. |
(Perform zero point calibration and check for DTCs. If no DTCs are output again, the sensor is normal.) |
- |
| C1336 | Zero Point Calibration of Acceleration Sensor Undone | 318 | Any of the following is detected:
|
(Perform zero point calibration and check for DTCs. If no DTCs are output again, the sensor is normal.) |

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT
When replacing the skid control ECU assembly or yaw rate sensor, perform initialization and calibration of the linear solenoid valve.
When U0123 and/or U0124 is output together with C1210 and/or C1336, inspect and repair trouble areas indicated by U0123 and/or U0124 first.
PROCEDURE
PERFORM ZERO POINT CALIBRATION OF YAW RATE SENSOR
Perform zero point calibration of the yaw rate sensor.
Make sure to perform initialization and calibration of the linear solenoid valve after performing "Reset Memory" as the data stored during linear solenoid valve offset learning is cleared.

| Test Mode |
When the stored zero point of the yaw rate sensor is cleared, steering sensor zero point will also be cleared.
If the zero point and output value of the yaw rate sensor and the output value of the speed sensors are not normal, steering sensor zero point cannot be acquired normally even if the vehicle is driven straight ahead at 35 km/h (22 mph) or more.
