REAR STABILIZER BAR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. Click here

   INSTALL REAR STABILIZER BUSHING

   
   
   1. 

      *a	Cutout
      *b	Stopper
      	Front of the Vehicle

      Install the 2 rear stabilizer bushings to the outside of the stoppers on the rear stabilizer bar.

      Note:

      Be sure to install the rear stabilizer bushings so that each cutout faces the front of the vehicle.

2. Click here

   INSTALL REAR NO.1 STABILIZER BAR BRACKET LH

   
   
   1. 

      *a	Arrow Mark
      	Front of the Vehicle

      Install the rear No. 1 stabilizer bar bracket LH to the rear stabilizer bushing.

      Note:

      Be sure to install the rear No. 1 stabilizer bar bracket LH so that each arrow mark faces the front of the vehicle.

3. Click here

   INSTALL REAR NO.1 STABILIZER BAR BRACKET RH

   Tip:

   Perform the same procedure as for the LH side.

4. Click here

   INSTALL REAR STABILIZER BAR

   
   
   1. 

      Install the rear stabilizer bar with the 4 bolts.

      51 N*m

      520 kgf*cm

      38 ft.*lbf

      Note:

      Temporarily tighten the bolt (A), and then fully tighten the 4 bolts in the order of (B), (C), (D), and (A).

5. Click here

   TEMPORARILY TIGHTEN REAR STABILIZER LINK ASSEMBLY LH

   Click here

6. Click here

   TEMPORARILY TIGHTEN REAR STABILIZER LINK ASSEMBLY RH

   Tip:

   Perform the same procedure as for the LH side.

7. Click here

   INSTALL REAR SUSPENSION MEMBER SUB-ASSEMBLY
