WINDSHIELD DEICER SYSTEM OPERATION CHECK


  1. CHECK WINDSHIELD DEICER SYSTEM

    If the auxiliary battery voltage becomes low, windshield deicer operation is canceled to prioritize supplying power to the power steering system.

    1. Turn the power switch on (IG).

    2. When the windshield deicer switch on the air conditioning screen of the multi-display is turned to "ON" with the remote operation controller assembly (remote touch), check that the windshield deicer switch operation indicator illuminates and the windshield deicer warms.

    3. When the vehicle is stopped, check that the windshield deicer stops after approximately 15 minutes and the windshield deicer operation indicator turns off.
