  • Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.

  • The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.

  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure listed below is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE ROOF SPEAKER ASSEMBLY (for 24 Speakers, Rear Side)

  2. REMOVE TELEPHONE MICROPHONE ASSEMBLY

  3. REMOVE ACTIVE NOISE CONTROL MICROPHONE

  4. REMOVE ROOF SPEAKER GRILLE LH


    1. for 24 Speakers:


      1. B004VDB

        Detach the claw and guide and remove the center roof speaker grille LH.

    2. for 12 Speakers:


      1. B004Y7L

        Detach the claw and remove the roof speaker grille LH.

  5. REMOVE ROOF SPEAKER GRILLE RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  6. REMOVE ROOF SPEAKER ASSEMBLY (for 24 Speakers, Rear Side)

  7. REMOVE REAR SPEAKER GRILLE (for 24 Speakers)

      Detach the claw and guide and remove the rear speaker grille.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the opposite side.

  8. REMOVE ROOF SIDE REGISTER BEZEL LH (w/ Rear Cooler)

      Detach the claw and guide and remove the roof side register bezel LH.

  9. REMOVE ROOF SIDE REGISTER BEZEL RH (w/ Rear Cooler)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  10. REMOVE NO. 1 ROOF WIRE

      B004RMI Remove in this Direction

      Turn the visor connectors 90° counterclockwise and disconnect them from the roof headlining assembly.

    2. for LHD:


      1. Detach each clamp and each guide.

      2. Remove each tape and No. 1 roof wire from the roof headlining.

    3. for RHD:


      1. Detach each clamp and each guide.

      2. Remove each tape and No. 1 roof wire from the roof headlining.
