AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM Air Vent cannot be Switched

DESCRIPTION

If the air outlet does not change even after the mode switch display changing, the following causes are possible.

Symptom Factor

Air vent cannot be changed


  • (Display changes)

  • Malfunction in one of the servo motors

  • MODE damper and link operation (jamming)

  • Air conditioning unit

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK NO. 3 AIR CONDITIONING RADIATOR DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Check for No. 3 air conditioning radiator damper servo sub-assembly is installed correctly.

      OK
      No. 3 air conditioning radiator damper servo sub-assembly is installed correctly.
