PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT ENGINE OIL LEVEL SENSOR


    1. B004R9SC13
      *A for 2WD
      *B for AWD
      *a

      Component without harness connected

      (Engine Oil Level Sensor)
      *b Body ground
      *c ON
      *d OFF

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance (for 2WD)
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      D24-1 - Body ground On Below 1 Ω
      D24-1 - Body ground Off 10 kΩ or higher
      Standard Resistance (for AWD)
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      D25-1 - Body ground On Below 1 Ω
      D25-1 - Body ground Off 10 kΩ or higher

      If the result is not as specified, replace the engine oil level sensor.
