CANISTER(w/o Canister Pump Module) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL CHARCOAL CANISTER ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Install the charcoal canister assembly to the vehicle body with the 4 nuts and clip.

      Torque:

      8.0 N*m  { 82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf }

   2. Connect the purge line hose to the fuel tube, and slide the clamp to secure the hose.

2. INSTALL CHARCOAL CANISTER HOSE

   
   

   1. Connect the charcoal canister hose to the charcoal canister assembly, and slide the clamp to secure the hose.

3. CONNECT CHARCOAL CANISTER OUTLET HOSE

   
   

   1. Connect the charcoal canister outlet hose to the charcoal canister assembly, and slide the clamp to secure the hose.

4. INSTALL FUEL OUTLET VALVE ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Install the fuel outlet valve assembly to the vehicle body with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:

      8.0 N*m  { 82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf }

   2. Connect the fuel tank breather tube sub-assembly.

      Click here

   3. Connect the charcoal canister hose to the fuel outlet valve assembly, and slide the clamp to secure the hose.

   4. Connect the hose to the charcoal canister assembly, and slide the clamp to secure the hose.

5. INSTALL NO. 1 FLOOR UNDER COVER

   
   

   1. Install the No. 1 floor under cover to the vehicle body with the 5 grommets and 6 clips.

      Torque:

      2.2 N*m  { 22 kgf*cm, 19 in.*lbf }
