CANISTER(w/o Canister Pump Module) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE NO. 1 FLOOR UNDER COVER

      B004SZX Clip A
      B004UK4 Clip B
      B004XCB Grommet

      Detach the 6 clips and remove the 5 grommets and No. 1 floor under cover.

  2. REMOVE FUEL OUTLET VALVE ASSEMBLY

      Detach the clamp and disconnect the charcoal canister hose.

    2. Slide the clamp and disconnect the charcoal canister hose from the fuel outlet valve assembly.

      Disconnect the fuel tank breather tube sub-assembly.

    4. B004SUM

      Remove the 2 nuts and fuel outlet valve assembly.

  3. DISCONNECT CHARCOAL CANISTER OUTLET HOSE


    1. B004S08

      Slide the clamp and disconnect the charcoal canister outlet hose from the charcoal canister assembly.

  4. REMOVE CHARCOAL CANISTER HOSE

      Slide the clamp and remove the charcoal canister hose from the charcoal canister assembly.

  5. REMOVE CHARCOAL CANISTER ASSEMBLY


    1. B004RMF

      Slide the clamp and disconnect the purge line hose from the fuel tube.

    2. B004VAD

      Remove the 4 nuts, clip and charcoal canister assembly from the vehicle body.

    3. B004WPU

      Slide the clip and remove the purge line hose from the charcoal canister assembly.
