    REMOVE INTEGRATION CONTROL AND PANEL ASSEMBLY

    INSPECT INTEGRATION CONTROL AND PANEL ASSEMBLY (for LHD)


    1. Inspect EV mode switch (integration control and panel assembly)

        Component without harness connected

        (Integration Control And Panel Assembly (EV Mode Switch))

        Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        G72-2(S) - G72-8(E) EV mode switch being pushed and held Below 1 Ω
        EV mode switch not pushed 10 kΩ or higher

        If the result is not as specified, replace the integration control and panel assembly.

    2. Inspect illumination

        Component without harness connected

        *b Integration Control And Panel Assembly (EV Mode Switch) Illumination

        Apply auxiliary battery voltage between the terminals of the switch, and check the illumination condition of the integration control and panel assembly (EV Mode Switch).

        OK
        Tester Connection Specified Condition

        Auxiliary Battery positive(+) - G72-5(ILL+)

        Auxiliary Battery negative(-) - G72-6(ILL-)

        Illuminates

        If the result is not as specified, replace the integration control and panel assembly.

    INSPECT INTEGRATION CONTROL AND PANEL ASSEMBLY (for RHD)


    1. Inspect EV mode switch (integration control and panel assembly)

        Component without harness connected

        Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        G72-3(S) - G72-9(E) EV mode switch being pushed and held Below 1 Ω
        EV mode switch not pushed 10 kΩ or higher

        If the result is not as specified, replace the integration control and panel assembly.

    2. Inspect illumination

        *b Integration Control And Panel Assembly (EV Mode Switch) Illumination

        Apply auxiliary battery voltage between the terminals of the switch, and check the illumination condition of the integration control and panel assembly (EV Mode Switch).

        OK
        Tester Connection Specified Condition

        Auxiliary Battery positive(+) - G72-5(ILL+)

        Auxiliary Battery negative(-) - G72-6(ILL-)

        Illuminates

        If the result is not as specified, replace the integration control and panel assembly.
