BATTERY BLOWER INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL NO. 5 HYBRID BATTERY INTAKE DUCT


    1. B004WSM

      Install the No. 5 hybrid battery intake duct with the 2 clips.

  2. INSTALL BATTERY COOLING BLOWER ASSEMBLY

    CAUTION:

    Be sure to wear insulated gloves and protective goggles.

      Connect the 2 fittings on the No. 6 hybrid battery intake duct and install the battery cooling blower assembly.

    2. Install the 2 bolts and nut.

      Torque:
      7.5 N*m  { 76 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf }

    3. Attach the clamp.

  3. INSTALL UPPER HV BATTERY COVER PANEL
