MASS AIR FLOW METER REMOVAL

The necessary procedures (adjustment, calibration, initialization or registration) that must be performed after parts are removed and installed, or replaced during mass air flow meter sub-assembly removal/installation are shown below.

  1. REMOVE RADIATOR COVER PLATE

  2. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL

    Click here

  3. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR AIR DEFLECTOR

    Click here

  4. REMOVE MASS AIR FLOW METER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. B004U91

      Disconnect the mass air flow meter sub-assembly connector.

    2. B004S2S

      Remove the 2 screws and mass air flow meter sub-assembly.

      Note

      If the mass air flow meter sub-assembly has been struck or dropped, replace it.
