Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH side.

  • The following procedure is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL LH

    Click here

  2. REMOVE FRONT HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (for 2WD)


    1. B004SXO

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the bolt and sensor clamp.

    3. B004V66

      Disconnect the connector.

    4. Detach the clamp and disconnect the wire harness clamp.

    5. B004VGG

      Remove the bolt and disconnect the height control sensor link from the lower No. 2 suspension arm assembly LH.

    6. B004S5S

      Remove the 2 bolts and front height control sensor sub-assembly LH.

      Note

      Do not drop the rear height control sensor sub-assembly LH. If it is dropped, replace it with a new one.

  3. REMOVE FRONT HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (for AWD)


    1. B004XSC

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. B004UXH

      Remove the nut and disconnect the height control sensor link from the lower No. 2 suspension arm assembly LH.

    3. B004SF8

      Remove the 2 nuts and front height control sensor sub-assembly LH.

      Note

      Do not drop the rear height control sensor sub-assembly LH. If it is dropped, replace it with a new one.
