DESCRIPTION

The suspension control relay (AIRSUS) switches according to signals from the suspension control ECU and operates compressor motor (NO. 1 height control compressor).

  • After replacing the suspension control ECU with a new one, perform vehicle height offset.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT SUSPENSION CONTROL RELAY (AIRSUS)


    1. Inspect the suspension control relay (AIRSUS).

  2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (SUSPENSION CONTROL RELAY (AIRSUS) - SUSPENSION CONTROL ECU)


    1. Turn the power switch off.

    2. Disconnect the L104 suspension control ECU connector.

    3. Remove the suspension control relay (AIRSUS) from the luggage room No. 2 relay block.

    4. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      L104-10 (RC) - Relay block suspension control relay terminal 1 Always Below 1 Ω
      L104-10 (RC) or Relay block suspension control relay terminal 1 - Body ground and other terminals Always 10 kΩ or higher
      Relay block suspension control relay terminal 2 - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
