OIL COOLER REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. AIR SUSPENSION CONTROL PROHIBITED (w/ Air Suspension)

  2. REMOVE HEATER ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  3. REMOVE OIL COOLER OUTLET HOSE

      Detach the oil cooler outlet hose from the oil cooler outlet hose bracket.

    2. Slide the 2 hose clips and remove the oil cooler outlet hose from the motor cooling cooler and water outlet sub-assembly.

      Note

      Do not deform the motor cooling cooler.

  4. REMOVE OIL COOLER INLET HOSE

      Slide the 2 hose clips and remove the oil cooler inlet hose from the motor cooling cooler and No. 2 radiator hose.

      Note

      Do not deform the motor cooling cooler.

  5. REMOVE NO. 2 OIL COOLER INLET HOSE

      Slide the 2 hose clips and remove the No. 2 oil cooler inlet hose from the motor cooling cooler and oil cooler without hose tube sub-assembly.

      Note

      Do not deform the motor cooling cooler.

  6. REMOVE NO. 2 OIL COOLER OUTLET HOSE

      Detach the No. 2 oil cooler outlet hose from the 2 clamps.

    2. Slide the 2 hose clips and remove the No. 2 oil cooler outlet hose from the radiator assembly and oil cooler without hose tube sub-assembly.

  7. REMOVE TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER HOSE

      Detach the transmission oil cooler hose from the clamp.

    2. Slide the 2 hose clips and remove the transmission oil cooler hose from the radiator assembly and motor cooling cooler.

      Note

      Do not deform the motor cooling cooler.

  8. REMOVE MOTOR COOLING COOLER

      Remove the 3 bolts and motor cooling cooler.

  9. REMOVE TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER BRACKET


    1. B004WON

      Remove the 4 bolts and transmission oil cooler bracket.
