VALVE BODY ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL TRANSMISSION VALVE BODY ASSEMBLY


    1. B004UBG

      Coat the 3 new gaskets with the transmission fluid and install them to the transmission case.

    2. B004SFLC01
      B004SZX Bolt A
      B004UK4 Bolt B

      Install the transmission valve body assembly with the 15 bolts.

      Torque:
      11 N*m  { 112 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf }
      Bolt Length
      Item Length
      Bolt A 29 mm (1.14 in.)
      Bolt B 21 mm (0.827 in.)

  2. CONNECT TRANSMISSION WIRE


    1. B004WTR

      Connect the 7 connectors to the transmission valve body assembly.

    2. Attach the wire harness clamp.

    3. Coat a new O-ring with the transmission fluid and install it to the temperature sensor.

      *1 Temperature Sensor
      *2 Lock Plate

      Connect the temperature sensor to the transmission valve body assembly with the bolt and lock plate.

      Torque:
      10 N*m  { 102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL OIL STRAINER ASSEMBLY

  4. INSTALL TRANSMISSION OIL PAN SUB-ASSEMBLY

  5. ADD TRANSMISSION FLUID

  6. ADJUST TRANSMISSION FLUID

    Click here

  7. PERFORM INITIALIZATION

    Click here

  8. INSTALL TRANSMISSION UNDER COVER
