VALVE BODY ASSEMBLY REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. AIR SUSPENSION CONTROL PROHIBITED (w/ Air Suspension)

  2. REMOVE TRANSMISSION UNDER COVER

  3. DRAIN TRANSMISSION FLUID

    Click here

  4. REMOVE TRANSMISSION OIL PAN SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  5. REMOVE OIL STRAINER ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  6. DISCONNECT TRANSMISSION WIRE

      *1 Temperature Sensor
      *2 Lock Plate

      Remove the bolt and lock plate and disconnect the temperature sensor from the transmission valve body assembly.

      Remove the O-ring from the temperature sensor.

    3. B004WTR

      Detach the wire harness clamp.

    4. Disconnect the 7 connectors from the transmission valve body assembly.

  7. REMOVE TRANSMISSION VALVE BODY ASSEMBLY


    1. B004YOC

      Remove the 15 bolts and transmission valve body assembly.

    2. B004UBG

      Remove the 3 gaskets from the transmission case.
