    1. If the lane control system is not functioning properly, the driver is warned by the LTA indicator and a warning message displayed on the multi-information display.

      Illuminates (yellow) The lane control system is malfunctioning or temporarily disabled
      Blinks (yellow) Lane departure alert function is operating
      Illuminates (green) Lane departure alert steering control function or lane keeping assist function is operating*
      Illuminates (white) Monitoring lane departure
      Not illuminated Lane control system are not operating

      *If the Lane departure alert function operates while the lane departure alert steering control function is operating, the LTA indicator blinks (yellow).
