DESCRIPTION

The height control way outputs the pneumatic with tube tank assembly pressure to the suspension control ECU.

  • Before performing troubleshooting, inspect the connectors of related circuits.

  • After replacing the suspension control ECU with a new one, perform vehicle height offset calibration.

    1. Inspect the height control way.

    CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (HEIGHT CONTROL WAY - SUSPENSION CONTROL ECU)


    1. Turn the power switch off.

    2. Disconnect the L104 suspension control ECU connector.

    3. Disconnect the A42 height control way connector.

    4. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      L104-9 (SPB2) - A42-3 (SHB) Always Below 1 Ω
      L104-7 (SPS2) - A42-2 (PAC2) Always Below 1 Ω
      L104-9 (SPB2) or A42-3 (SHB) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      L104-7 (SPS2) or A42-2 (PAC2) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
