DESCRIPTION

The NO. 2 height control valve sub-assembly opens and closes the right and left circuit lines to the rear wheel side pneumatic cylinder assembly with shock absorber independently using the signal from the suspension control ECU.

  • After replacing the suspension control ECU with a new one, perform vehicle height offset.

    INSPECT NO. 2 HEIGHT CONTROL VALVE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Inspect the NO. 2 height control valve sub-assembly.

    CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (NO. 2 HEIGHT CONTROL VALVE SUB-ASSEMBLY - SUSPENSION CONTROL ECU)


    1. Turn the power switch off.

    2. Disconnect the L104 suspension control ECU connector.

    3. Disconnect the L177 NO. 2 height control valve sub-assembly.

    4. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Table 1. C174314:
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      L104-1 (SLRR) - L177-1 (+RH) Always Below 1 Ω
      L177-2 (E) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
