PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE ROOF DRIP SIDE FINISH MOULDING LH

  2. REMOVE REAR ROOF SIDE GARNISH SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

  3. REMOVE FRONT ROOF SIDE RAIL WEATHERSTRIP LH

  4. REMOVE FRONT ROOF SIDE RAIL WEATHERSTRIP RETAINER LH

      Remove the 9 screws.

      B004B1M Remove in this Direction

      Detach the guides and remove the clip and front roof side rail weatherstrip retainer LH.

  5. REMOVE ROOF SIDE RAIL GARNISH SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

      Remove the 7 screws.

      B0049X5 Place Hand Here
      B004C4F Order of Removal
      B004B1M Remove in this Direction

      Using a thin-bladed screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, detach the claw.

    3. Place your hand at the position shown in the illustration and while pulling in the direction indicated by arrow.

    4. Detach the clips and claw in the order indicated by arrow.

      Detach the butyl tape and pins and remove the roof side rail garnish sub-assembly LH.

      Note

      Remove any remaining butyl tape from the body.
